Every week, we’ll send you a quick 2-minute video brief, outlining the major points covered in this week’s training session.

weekly content outline

We’ll also send you a content outline, so you can quickly scan the learning objectives ahead and mentally prep.  No need to watch the full spark videos beforehand.  We make it simple.

These videos are typically short 5-minute segments with perfectly timed pause/talk moments, so you can stop and train your team in response to what you watched together.  Every week, you’ll have 4-5 video segments on one topic and a few THINK FAST scenarios, where you and your interns are given real-life tricky situations (related to the topic) and you get to see how your team thinks fast on their feet and would handle it.  Weekly training sessions typically last no hour than 1-hour, tops.

All that sounds great…how much time does it take for my interns, then?
